Processing Time
Most orders are prepared within 3-15 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed timeline. Because each mold is made by hand, complex designs, larger orders, or busy periods may take a little longer.
Once your order has started processing, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations. Please check your items, shipping address, and contact information carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Areas
We ship internationally to many countries and regions. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout.
Some remote areas or islands may not be supported by our shipping carriers. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you by email.
International Shipping
- Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, local carriers, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or local charges required by their country or region.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible. Once the package has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
Tracking
Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package through the carrier’s tracking page.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We pack orders carefully, but damage can happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the package and item.
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for loss, theft, delays, customs issues, or carrier handling issues.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final unless there is a confirmed issue caused by our mistake.
