Made to Order

All handmade molds are made to order. We do not keep ready stock for every design.

Most orders are prepared within 3-15 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed timeline. Because each mold is made by hand, complex designs, larger orders, or busy periods may take a little longer.

Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Once production has started, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final unless there is a confirmed issue caused by our mistake.

Handmade Nature

Each mold is handmade, poured, trimmed, polished, and inspected one by one. Small handmade marks, tiny bubbles, light scratches, slight color differences, or minor surface variations may exist.

These small imperfections usually do not affect the final resin result when the mold is used properly.

Use of Finished Works

You are welcome to sell finished resin pieces made with our molds.

However, purchasing our molds for the purpose of re-molding, copying, or reproducing them for commercial mold sales is not allowed.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays, theft, loss, customs issues, or damage caused during transit. Please make sure your address is correct and that someone can receive the package safely.
